Community

Sienna Community is a vibrant, well-maintained neighborhood where residents take pride in where they live. From beautifully kept common areas to friendly neighbors, this is a place you'll love coming home to every day.

A place worth coming home to

Sienna Community was built around a simple idea: the spaces between our homes matter as much as the homes themselves. The park, the walking paths, the Lakeside Club House, and the green areas you pass every day belong to all of us, and they're cared for on everyone's behalf.

Our residents are a real mix. Families with young kids, longtime owners who have been here since the beginning, and newer neighbors still learning the best route for an evening walk. What everyone shares is a stake in keeping Sienna clean, safe, and welcoming.

Your assessments make that possible. They cover landscaping and grounds care, snow removal, upkeep of the common areas and amenities, insurance on shared property, and the reserve fund that pays for larger repairs before they become emergencies. The Association isn't run for profit. Every dollar goes back into the neighborhood, and the budget is shared with residents each year.
